Refund and Return Policy – Eberths Enterprises LLC Distributions
General Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
- All returns must include the original invoice.
- Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt for freight orders and within 7 days for pick-up/local orders.
Freight Orders
- For damages or missing items, customers must email purchase@epdistributions.com with:
- Invoice number
- Bill of lading
- Photos of damages
- All damages must be noted on the bill of lading upon delivery for claim eligibility.
Local / Pick-Up Orders
- Within 7 days: Full credit or exchange.
- 7–14 days: Subject to a 10% deduction.
- After 14 days: Not eligible for return or credit.
- Items not in original packaging are subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.
Online Sellers
- Online resellers are subject to the same return timelines and conditions.
- EP Capital Distributions does not accept returns for items delisted or banned from online platforms.
- Pre-approval to sell specific items online is strongly recommended.
Non-Returnable Items
- Discontinued items
- Altered, tampered, or repackaged products
- Products purchased from other distributors
